The Malta Further and Higher Education Authority approached 4Sight Group in 2021 looking for a key ally that can handle their day-to-day IT requirements.
4Sight Group ensures MFHEA’s daily IT operations, encompassing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, guaranteeing full access to portals, solving login issues, and mitigating any connection difficulties. Level 1 requirements are on the line of desktop assistance as login issues, hardware and software installation, correct SharePoint permissions, centralised printer solutions and WiFi solutions; level 2 requirements are on the line of more intricate tasks like accessing to SharePoint and troubleshooting DNS issues.
In addition to the day-to-day IT support, 4Sight Group also collaborates closely with the MFHEA in-house IT department to support their projects adding an extra hand of skillsets to specific areas.
