MRecruitment approached 4Sight Group in 2021 looking for a key ally to handle their day-to-day IT requirements.
4Sight Group ensures MRecruitment’s daily IT operations, encompassing Level 1 to Level 3 IT support, guaranteeing full access to portals, solving login issues, and mitigating any connection difficulties. Level 1 requirements are on the line of desktop assistance as login issues, hardware and software installation, correct SharePoint permissions, centralised printer solutions and WiFi solutions; level 2 requirements are on the line of more intricate tasks like accessing to SharePoint and troubleshooting DNS issues.
In addition to the day-to-day IT support, 4Sight Group also develop and implements projects to enhance and robust MRecruitment’s IT infrastructure.

Day-to-Day IT Solutions
4Sight Group's core objective is to ensure the overall efficiency and reliability of MRecruitment’s IT infrastructure, maintain a proactive approach to its IT needs, foster effective communication channels, and ensure operations remain functional and efficient.
During 2024, 4Sight Group implemented a monitoring system to remotely manage, check, and backup MRecruitment’s network keeping their systems up to date, mitigating issues and reducing downtime.
The implementation process kicks off by checking MRecruitment’s devices to properly set up the monitoring system. As part of the process, 4Sight Group onboarded new devices and completed the implementation process by adding an antivirus setup and Office 365 backups on each device. To complete the implementation process, 4Sight Group assigned a team to go to MRecruitment’s building and check that the IT infrastructure works as it should.
